Pick an Airport...! is a world-weary senior physiotherapist’s amusing perspective on and condensation of vastly varied, unusual and occasionally somewhat bizarre clinical situations encountered over 25+ years of treating patients around the globe.

They say that truth is often stranger than fiction and variety the spice of life, this short book is a testament to both.

All depictions contained within are based directly upon actual events, some almost unbelievably so, to the degree that even in their ‘watered-down’ state they might test the limits of some readers’ credulity and, with that in mind, many very specific cases have simply been omitted because making them believable (with adherence to rules of confidentiality) would have necessitated ‘dilution’ to a point of banality.

For privacy, respect and to protect (both) the innocent (and ‘guilty’) either the location, date, specific detail or all three of each event (bar one) have been suitably altered to confer anonymity, though the veracity of each and every situation can be attested to and proven if necessary.
