I'm an editor for the Publishing Services Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City, Utah. I've had a neat variety of editing jobs ranging from novel work to source checking to writing for magazines to working on scholarly books and histories. I appreciate most genres, but I particularly love fiction—fantasy, sci-fi, realistic, really anything with a unique premise and memorable characters. And that's where my stories tend to dwell: quirky premises, often taking place in nearly normal worlds with just a couple strange or supernatural twists. (high fantasy/sci-fi is good too, though) I especially appreciate strong, amusing narrative voice and satire.
