I believe it a ya book. Help

Not sure how long ago its been since I read this book. Its about a College girl who gets cheated on by bf that same night she has a tutoring session. She goes to her tutor session all heart broken. I believe he is a ta who end up not looking like a nerd aka muscular and having math tattoos. She has a one night stand with him and ends up pregnant... her next tutoring sessio. She tells him she is pregnant but not asking anything from him just wants to let him know. he ends up moving in to her apartment so they can possibly work on a relationship. one night she ends up having a miscarriage.... he starts to fall in love with her.... the cover had a guy with a plaid shirt and a beanie on ....
