Would it be wise for Sebastian to meet with Otto Von Riedesel given his earlier appearance in the book?

I don't think Sebastian gives that a thought in his investigations. Obviously we need to know what Otto knows for more clues to whatever is going on.

He definitely needs to get information out of him, but given his earlier involvement in the book I didn’t think he’d be very forthcoming as he’d be trying to protect himself band his actions. He needs to be incredibly cautious in his dealings with him.
