Trying to find a book

It starts with a girl being rescued from being a test subject she gets sent to live with her father and twin brother who was rescued about 8-10 years ago. There she starts connecting to men feeling this spark when they touch. She can sing and play piano. One of her fated has a father who is high in the govenment who wants her gone. But she makes a deal to be tested by their doctor who turns out to be one of her fated who is also torturing the guy who hurt her for years he happens to be in a biker club with his brother who is in a relationship with her twin. They go to do a ceremony and she is taken by the people who had her for 18 years. Please help.
