Help me find this book

I don't remember a lot of it, but I do remember that it was about a girl who gets shipped off to boarding school because of behavior issues. she manages to sneak her phone into the school. The school is super strict and they have to wear uniforms and there is a dance or something and she wears a really pretty dress and falls in love with one of the guys at the school.
