I have been googling and racking my brain for months to find this book.
The cover was mostly purple. It’s a pre teen/teen book about a girl who goes with her mom and sister to spend the summer with her cousin in Jersey? While her dad has to “work”. Can’t recall if a split was happening. She has a crush on her cousin’s MUCH. Older lifeguard boyfriend he wins her a goldfish at the fair. She gets sunburned and takes a bath, while imagining her knees as mountains. She always wears a long shirt to the beach because she’s embarrassed of her thin and not matured frame. Any ideas??!
