Help - Looking for a witchy book from my childhood

Hello! I'm looking for a book I read as a child, and hope you can help me find it.

It was a picture book so I thought it was for kids but it was so mystical and complicated it could have been for adults. It had women in sort of medieval garb, wearing maid Marion type dresses. There were many recipes for spells.

I think it was colored pencil or pastel illustrations.

There were spells to enchant a stranger or to bring everlasting luck. A lot about cloves and feathers and moonlight and spinning three times.

Thanks in advance!
