Mystery romance from 80s/90s

Hi, I hope you can help. I'm looking for a mystery romance based in San Francisco in the early 80s about a tarot reader being Stalked by a serial killer, who is leaving her gifts based on tarot cards.i remember reading it about 15 20 years ago. Any help would be fantastic and sincerely appreciated.
