My school has blocked any website that is considered "video streaming or entertainment" so im having trouble finding any site where I can watch anime or read manga

Can you access a public library's website? You might be within a public library system that offers manga ebooks or even anime online (through Kanopy or Hoopla).

If your own public library doesn't have any offerings, you could apply for an ecard to access Brooklyn Public Library's digital collection in New York. That is, also, if you have email access and reside in the USA.
