Because, really, it makes no sense for teens to have access to a non-business computer with internet access when you have no way to talk about whatever you want with (potential) friends through it.
Still, no matter how that conversation goes, LibraryThing is not an appropriate website for public shitposts.
Multiple groups for completely random posts is also against the terms of service. Please don't waste the official LibraryThing team's time by trying to create groups against the TOS.
You already have more leeway in this group than elsewhere on this site.
