This is a short book with practical ideas on how to handle worry. This is an area that I have problems with sometimes and find it quite unpleasant. I have been trying some of the ideas and trying to have a more positive attitude. When something goes wrong I need to not jump to the worst conclusions. ( )This review was written for LibraryThing Early Reviewers. A topic that if familiar for many of us. The author gives some good resources to shift the worry to a more useful emotion although it is more of a brief introduction and not a lot of information to start a practice.
